It’s official: Justin Bieber’s “Believe” has sold 374,000 in its first week according to Nielsen SoundScan, garnering the 18-year-old his fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart. That’s the most chart-toppers for any act in a two-and-a-half-year span since Bieber made his chart debut in December 2009.
